Firstly sign up to Beauty Finder as a client. You can then use our search filter on the homepage (also located on other parts of the website) and put the service you are after, postcode and date. Beauty Finder will come up with search results of highly-vetted beauty pros that service your post code.

You can then browse their profiles and instantly select a service, and checkout. We will then send you and your freelancer confirmation details.

All men and women can use our services unless specified by your beauty freelancer.

A beauty freelancer refers to somone who works for themselves. All our beauty freelancers registered to our website provide mobile services which is easy and convenient for customers to enjoy beauty services in the comfort of their own home.

Beauty finder helps clients find and book beauty professionals for all types of occasions or even just maintenance and pampering. If you are a busy person, then beauty finder is perfect for you - we bring you convenient mobile beauty services that suit your times and that come to you. Catering for time poor people means you no longer have to contact a beauty professional and ask questions about prices and services. All images, times, prices and information are located on their profile so you can instantly book. 

Beauty Finder is an online platform that connects mobile beauty professionals to clients looking for beauty services. You can use our filters to connect you to a beauty freelancer who can come to your choice of location.

As soon as you book a beauty freelancer you will recieve a booking confirmation email. You will also recieve an email once your freelancer 'confirms' the appoitment you requested. 

Of course, just log into your account and go to 'Edit Profile' located on your dashboard to change your information.

If you forgot password, you can click 'Forgot Password'. If it is not your password please email us at contact@beautyfinder.com and we will help you log into your account.
If there is a no-show, you can request a refund. We will contact the freelancer as well as put a mark next to their name.

No, you will be credited the full amount minus a Stripe processing fee of 2.5% of your booking cost. However please allow a 24hr gap when requesting for a refund and informing your freelancer by messaging them, located in your 'Booking history'.
Once you have 'Marked job as complete' that your beauty appoitment has been completed, your next step will be to review your freelancer. This can all be done on the dashboard of your account.
If you can't find a beauty professional in the search results that meets your search criteria. Go to 'search' located in the footer. You can choose a freelancer and private message them if they can service you at your location.

You can also request a beauty service located on our homepage on the search box under 'make a request'.
You can directly message your freelancer, located in your 'Booking history' on your dashboard if you wish to update them on your booking.
No there is not! However if you decide you need a refund, Stripe our payment merchant takes a 2.5% booking fee from your payment.
For our booking system we use a third party merchant called Stripe. Stripe who are trusted by brands you love like, Adidas, Target and Deliveroo.
